Fase Olfativa:	Generoso y vinoso con aromas de frutos rojos, manzanas rojas asadas al horno, especias, pétalos de rosa.

DELAVENNE realiza desde hace cuatro generaciones todas las etapas de elaboración de sus champagnes, desde la vendimia hasta su comercialización. Lo que se reconoce en su etiqueta por el nombre de “Récoltants-Manipulants”.

Esta denominación les permite controlar todas las etapas de elaboración y calidad de sus champanes, tratando de transmitir toda la tradición y personalidad que los envuelven.

Elaboran su gama de champanes «Grand Cru» con pasión y pericia, de manera natural con un mínimo de 36 meses de envejecimiento en bodega, sin fermentación maloláctica, es decir, no añaden ningún tipo de aditivo para acelerar la fermentación, dejando el tiempo que necesita de manera natural para su fermentación, a fin de asegurar un largo final en boca y la preservación de las notas y aromas de su rico terruño, utilizando técnicas que se asemejan a la agricultura ecológica, creando grandes champanes espectaculares y únicos, con esencia y personalidad propia, complejos y elegantes, de finísimas burbujas que forman un bonito y delicado cordón de burbujas persistente, deliciosos.
